How Obesity causes chronic diseases?
Obesity is caused by a combination of and
genetic factors environmental. It is the major contributor to chronic diseases,
such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, stroke, particularly when obesity
manifests itself as fat around the abdominal area. There are many ways in where
obesity and chronic diseases are linked. Ultimately
eating much food or eating much wrong food, and leading a sedentary lifestyle
is a very deadly combination for obesity. When you eat any food it should be
metabolized by the body through exercise or store as fat.

Obesity also is associated with eating the wrong types of fats. Fats that are
considered wrong food are those that are saturated fats like those found in
ghee, cream, butter, and any fried food and trans fats found in deep-fried
food. These fats are generally associated with foods that are packed with
calories, thereby contributing to weight gain and chronic diseases that also
follow.
Obesity can change your body's cholesterol
level. We know that obesity can cause a spike in bad cholesterol. High-density
lipoproteins cholesterol is important for removing bad cholesterol and working
for reducing the risk for heart diseas. It can cause your blood pressure to
rise. Obese individuals require more blood to supply oxygen and nutrients to
their bodies which causes an increase your blood pressure and high blood
pressure is also a common cause of heart attack.
